INTERVIEW TIP:
Most interviewers start with an open ended question like, "Tell me a little bit about yourself and your experience". This can be a waste of time, while the candidate tells you about their first job 25 years ago, or their college education 10 years ago. If you are interested in the facts, ask a specific question that will make them really think, such as, in the last 18 to 24 months, what were your major accomplishments?
